Text Recording Word Counting Settings

Word Counting Settings allows the administrator to enable word counting on text recording files. This feature is only available if Enable Saving Word Counting Data is enabled under General Settings.

To enable Word Counting, complete the following steps:

Check the Enable Saving Word Counting Data checkbox.
(Optional) Check the Automatically delete word counting recordings older than X days checkbox if required.

For email media types an additional data field is presented called "Queue Email Addresses". Because word counting results are presented in two sets (internal and external streams), these email addresses are used to determine which emails were sent outbound from the contact center queue.

(Optional) Enter any email addresses associated with the contact center email queue as a comma-seperated list.
