Step 4 – Install or Upgrade QMS on the Secondary Server

This step will effectively be a repeat of Step 3. You will use the same "Use Existing Database Server" but this time, leave the "Create QMS Database" unselected. You will use the same Primary SQL Server Instance and credentials. So, initially, both QMS systems will be pointed to the same Primary database. The previous install created the QMS database, so we don’t need to do that in this step. The Windows account that the primary data service runs under should be the same as the secondary data service (required for encryption).
