Step 14.3 – Publication Wizard: Setup Snapshot Folder

The Snapshot folder will also only show the first time you setup the Snapshot folder. If it has already been set on the SQL Server, then skip to the next screen. As part of the replication, the SQL Server will periodically take a snapshot of the database. This data will be stored in the folder you select. It may be best for this folder to be a file share that is regularly backed up. Once the folder is selected, click next.
