Speech Analytics

When QMS is purchased alongside ITsonix ELSBETH VocalCoach software, the two systems can be integrated to provide batch speech analytics processing of QMS recordings with the results accessible in the VocalCoach product. The customer environment needs to be carefully configured for this solution. The only acceptable voice codecs that can be in use are G.711 a-law and G711 µ-law. Any other voice codec will prevent usable analysis of the resulting recordings.
