Integration Overview

QMS can record an Alcatel OXE user’s calls using the Alcatel OXE’s IP Dedicated Recording Link (IP DR-Link), where a direct RTP flow is established between IP phones and the QMS recorder. In this integration, QMS collects call control information via a TSAPI server connection, including the start and end of calls to be recorded as well as the party metadata for each of the calls.
