Step 2 – Install the Primary SQL Server Database

The primary database must be at least SQL Server Standard Edition. If using an already existing corporate remote database, you will need to know the instance name and have administrator credentials for Step 3. A typical QMS deployment will host the Primary SQL Server database on the Primary QMS Server. In this case, you will need to install the Standard Edition or higher SQL Server onto the Primary QMS Server.
