Step 10 – Configure all QMS Services to utilize the Domain Qualified User

Open the Services Window, select both the QMS Call Recording Serivce and QMS Data Service. Right-click and select properties. In the Log On window, Provide the same Domain Admin credentials used in SQL server to the service. Restart Services. This should be completed on both primary and secondary QMS servers.
