Other App Settings

CiscoUCCEConnectorService.EmployUserSubset

true or false. If true, limits event processing to the users whose extensions are listed in UserSubsetExtensionList.

CiscoUCCEConnectorService.UserSubsetExtensionList

A comma-delimited list of user extensions.

These two settings are used together to limit the population of users for which the Connector actively processes events. For example:

<add key="CiscoUCCEConnectorService.EmployUserSubset" value="true" />
<add key="CiscoUCCEConnectorService.UserSubsetExtensionList" value="14811,14842" />
CiscoUCCEConnectorService.UpdateQMSDataIntervalMinutes

0, or 1 to n. Lets the Connector re-query the Recording Services to update its lists of users and system flags. A value of zero disables updates, while values of 1 to n give the update interval in minutes. It ships as 5. Configurations written before this release have 0, which is why the Connector also re-reads the flags when a rule needs one it does not know.

<add key="CiscoUCCEConnectorService.UpdateQMSDataIntervalMinutes" value="4" />
CiscoUCCEConnectorService.LastConnectedCtiServer

A or B. Used by the Connector to keep track of the CTI server it was last connected to. During startup, it tries to connect to that CTI server first.

<add key="CiscoUCCEConnectorService.LastConnectedCtiServer" value="A" />

The ECC variables the Connector has seen are kept in CiscoUCCEConnectorService.EccDiscovery.xml beside its executable, so they survive restarts. A name is kept even after a script stops setting the variable.
