Overview

Enghouse Interactive Quality Management Suite offers a single sign-in solution (SSO) using the OpenID Connect protocol. Microsoft Entra ID and KeyCloak are example OpenID Identity Providers which can also act as an Identity Broker to other Identity Providers (i.e. Microsoft ADFS, Google etc). This document explains the steps require to setup QMS to integrate with a Microsoft Entra ID or KeyCloak Identity Provider.
