A Quality Management User is anyone who can either log into the application or can have their calls or computers recorded.


To record or monitor a call or computer, you need to do the following:

  • Add details of the user making or receiving calls. This includes assigning the user to a Security Profile.

  • License the user. Give the user a license to use a Quality Management service, such as Call Recording or Screen Recording. You need to license the service before you can give a user a license to use it.

Only users with the Add/Edit Users and Delete Users permission in their Security Profile can add, edit, and delete users. All users can change their own password.
