Call Recording Reports

Call Recording Reports allow a manager to visualize and analyze your call activity in many different ways to provide business insights. All reports can be filtered and grouped by certain criteria; the filtering options differ based on the report.

The following call recording reports are available:

• Total Counts Report
• Users Not Recording Report
