Setting the Default Call Recording Profile

For a user to be recorded, the user has to be assigned to a Call Recording Profile. The default call recording profile is the one to which all new users with an unlimited Call Recording license are assigned by default. In the Call Recording Profiles list the default profile is shown as selected in the Set As Default column.

Users with the Administer Recording Profiles permission in their Security Profile can set the default call recording profile.

To set the default call recording profile click the navigation icon and then click the Call Recording Profiles link from the administration sub-menu. The Call Recording Profiles tab displays containing the list of call recording profiles. To set the default call recording profile, complete the following steps:

  1. Select a single call recording profile on the call recording profiles table and click the radio button in the Set As Default column.
  2. You are prompted to confirm that you want to change the default call recording profile. Click the OK button.
