Monitoring Calls

You can monitor (listen to in real-time) any calls for your managed, licensed users, using your PC's speakers or headset.

To monitor calls in real-time click the navigation icon and select a user engaged in a call (status is on phone). Left click the selected user to bring up the context menu:

Click the Monitor button to start monitoring. The monitoring bar will appear and the audio from the call will be streamed to your PC.

Click the Pause button on the monitoring bar to pause monitoring. When paused click again to resume monitoring.

Click the Stop button on the monitoring bar to stop monitoring the user.
