Editing Scorecards

Users with the Create Scorecard permission in their Security Profile can edit scorecards.

To edit scorecards click the navigation icon and then click the Evaluation Scorecards link from the administration sub-menu. The Scorecards tab displays containing the list of scorecards. To edit a scorecard complete the following steps:

  1. Expand the scorecard categories on the scorecard table until you find the scorecard you need to edit, then click the Edit link on the selected scorecard.

  1. A new tab will open with the scorecard title as the tab title.
  2. Edit the Scorecard Title, Description and Scorecard Category as required.
  3. Edit the Scorecard Questions and Categories as required.
  4. Click the Save button on the action bar located at the top right of the edit scorecard tab. The tab will refresh and the scorecard name will now display as the tab title.

Scorecards are versioned, which means every save operation creates a new entry in the database rather than making changes to an existing scorecard. This is for historical purposes, allowing older scorecards to remain viewable with the questions and criteria that were in effect at the time.
