Viewing Flag Profiles
Users with the Manage Flags permission in their Security Profile can view the list of flag profiles.
To view flag profiles click the 
navigation icon and then click the Flag Profiles link from the administration sub-menu. The Flag Profiles tab displays containing the list of flag profiles.
