Recording Service Notifications
Recording Service Notifications can be any of the following:
- 
                                            
An alert that indicates the Call Recording Service crashed and restarted
 - 
                                            
An alert that indicates the Call Recording Service has not connected with the Data Service for ten minutes (or more)
 - 
                                            
Database read, write, or connection failures
 - 
                                            
Disk read/write failures
 - 
                                            
Errors capturing network traffic (WinPcap failures)
 - 
                                            
An alert that indicates the Call Recording Service has lost connection to the TelrexNetService (Microsoft OCS/Lync only)
 - 
                                            
An alert that indicates the recording service lose connectivity with the PBX
