Exporting Search Results

You can export a call recording search result as a CSV file and save it to your computer. To export call recording search results, complete the followings steps:

  1. In the search bar click the Export Results link.

  1. The browser will download the exported file. Depending on your browser settings you may select where to download the file to, otherwise it will be downloaded to your Downloads folder.
