Assigning Users to Call Recording Profiles

To add or remove users from a Call Recording Profile, complete the following steps.

  1. In the navigation pane, click Administration > Call Recording Profiles.

  2. Select the specific Call Recording Profile you want to change and click the Edit button. The page for the selected profile displays.

  3. In the Actions bar, click the Edit Members button. The membership page for the Call Recording Profile displays.

    If you are creating a Call Recording Profile, you should save the profile to make Edit Members active. The <profile> Membership page displays; it consists of a list of Profile Members and a list of Profile Non-Members. Use the Department and Location filters to restrict the lists as requires.

    Users assigned an On-demand Call Recording license are not shown in these lists.


  4. Use standard windows methods to select one or more Users in the Profile Non-Members list and then click the << button to make them Profile Members.

  5. Select the Users that you would like to remove from the Profile Members list and click the >> button.
