Setting the Default Call Recording Profile

For a User's calls to be recorded, that User has to be assigned to a Call Recording Profile. The default Call Recording Profile is the one to which all new Users with an unlimited Call Recording license are assigned by default. In the Call Recording Profiles page list the default profile is shown with an asterisk (*) in the Default column.

To set the default Call Recording Profile, complete the following steps.

  1. In the navigation pane, click Administration > Call Recording Profiles. The Call Recording Profiles page displays.

  2. Select a Call Recording Profile.

  3. In the Actions bar, click the Set As Default button. An asterisk displays in the Default column for the selected profile.
