Editing Call Recording Profiles

To edit a Call Recording Profile, complete the following steps.

  1. In the navigation pane, click Administration > Call Recording Profiles.

  2. Select the Call Recording Profile to edit.

  3. In the Actions bar, click the Edit button. The page for that Recording Profile displays. You can change any of the parameters, including the profile name and the Users assigned to the profile.

  4. In the Actions bar, click the Save button.
