To add a Call Recording Profile, complete the following steps.
In the navigation pane, click Administration > Call Recording Profiles. The Call Recording Profiles page displays.
In the Actions bar, click the Add button. The New Recording Profile page displays.
Enter a Profile Name. Profile names need to consist of no more than 20 alphanumeric characters.
Specify the Call Recording Rules.
Specify the Call Retention Settings.
Specify the call recording Schedule.
If required, assign Users to the Call Recording Profile.
In the Actions bar, click the Save button.
Close the New Recording Profile page. The new Call Recording is listed.
