Deleting Call Recording Profiles

When you delete a Call Recording Profile, all members of the profile are left unassigned to a profile.

To delete a Call Recording Profile, complete the following steps.

  1. In the navigation pane, click Administration > Call Recording Profiles.

  2. Select the Call Recording Profile to delete.

  3. In the Actions bar, click the Delete button. A confirmation message displays.

  4. Click Yes to delete the Call Recording Profile.

    Before you can delete a profile, all members have to be deleted from the member list. See the Assigning Users to Call Recording Profiles topic for the necessary steps to remove members.
