Enghouse Interactive Computer Recording enables you to view what is happening on a User's computer screen while they are involved in a call. You can either:
View the User's computer in real-time, during a call
Record the User's computer and view the recording later
If you want to record a User's computer screen, you should assign them to a Screen Recording Profile. Each time a call is recorded, their screen is recorded too. The screen recording lasts as long as the phone call, and when you replay a screen recording, the phone call audio is replayed as well.
