Inactivating Scorecards

To inactivate a scorecard, complete the following steps.

  1. Log into the Quality Management Client with a username that has Edit Scorecards permissions.

  2. Click the Scorecards button under the Agent Evaluation section of the menu bar.

  3. Expand a Category tree node to view the Scorecards below it.

    Inactive scorecards will be grayed out, italicized, and have the (inactive) tag behind the scorecard name.

  4. Selecting an active scorecard changes the Inactivate/Activate button text to Inactivate.

  5. Click the Inactivate button to make the scorecard inactive.

  6. Selecting an inactive scorecard changes the Inactivate/Activate button text to Activate.

  7. Click the Activate button to make the scorecard active.
