Adding Scorecards

To add a scorecard, complete the following steps.

  1. Log into the Quality Management Client with a username that has Edit Scorecards permissions.

  2. Click Scorecards under the Agent Evaluation section of the menu bar.

  3. Select an existing scorecard or category.

    If no scorecard or category is selected, you will be prompted to select one.

  4. Click the Add Scorecard button. A new scorecard tab displays allowing the user to fill in the scorecard data.
