Deleting Scorecards

To delete a scorecard, complete the following steps.

  1. Log into the Quality Management Client with a username that has Edit Scorecards permissions.

  2. Click on the Scorecards button under the Agent Evaluation section of the menu bar.

  3. Expand a Category tree node to view the scorecards below it.

  4. Select a scorecard.

  5. Click the Delete button. A confirmation window displays to verify that the user wants to delete the scorecard.

  6. Click Yes to delete the scorecard, or No to keep the scorecard. If Yes is clicked, the scorecard is removed from the list.
