Configuring Quality Management for Microsoft Lync and OCS 2007 R2

In addition to the standard Quality Management components, the Quality Management implementation with OCS 2007 R2 server requires the following components:

• Quality Management RTP Data Collector Service captures the audio packets from the corresponding user computer and sends it to the respective CallRecording service name in it's configuration file.

• TelrexNetService communicates with OCS 2007 R2 and the CallControl service, and sends the TelRexNetService.am is installed as part of the TelRexNetService installation.
