After successful installation of all the components of Quality Management for OCS 2007, the following configuration has to be completed.
Configure Quality Management CallControl Service
After installing all the standard components of Quality Management, the CallControl service has to be configured to work with OCS 2007 server.
To configure the CallControl Service, complete the following steps.
Login the Quality Management Client with administrator's rights.
Go to Configure > Services in the left pane.
Select CallControl in the right pane and click Edit.
In the Service Details group box, select PBX Type as Microsoft OCS 2007 from the drop-down list and enter the IP address of the computer running OCS server in the PBX IP Address field.
Click the Save button.
Stop the CallControl, CallRecording, and Status services.
Start the Status, CallControl, and CallConversion services.
