Transcription Add Word Settings

Add Words provides special categories of words that can help the transcription engine transcribe calls containing these special words. This section provides the ability to add lists of names for each category for any language that is assigned for transcription. There is a limit of 100 words per category per language.

The five categories or class names provided are:

First-name – list of given names.

Last-name – list of surnames.

Place-name – list of names of places.

Product-name – list of product names.

Company-name – list of names of companies.

The table will contain one row for each category and language. The table lists the number of Add Words for that category. The links to the right provide the following actions:

Export – Exports a comma separated list of Add Words in that category that can be saved as a text file.

Edit – Opens an Edit Dialog for adding/removing Add Words in that category.

Delete All – Removes all Add Words in the category.
