Call Recording Transcription Settings

Transcription Settings allows the administrator to define the automatic transcription behavior for the call recording profile. This feature is only available if your QMS system is integrated with the Nuance Transcription Engine (NTE). To configure the NTE refer to Editing Media Processing Services.

To configure automatic transcription complete the following steps:

  1. Click the Enable Transcription checkbox.
  2. Specify the Transcription Operating Mode which allows you to set a preference for speed vs. accuracy.
  3. Specify the Language the transcription engine should load when detecting languages.
