An Quality Management user is anyone who can either log into the application or can have their calls or computers recorded.
To record or monitor a call or computer, you need to do the following:
Add details of the user making or receiving calls. This includes assigning the user to a Security Profile.
License the user. Give the user a license to use an Enghouse Interactive service, such as Call Recording or Computer Recording. You need to license the service before you can give a Quality Management user a license to use it.

Only Users with the Administrator or Limited Admin security profiles can add, edit, and delete users. All Users can change their own password.
