To add a question, complete the following steps.
In the Scorecards window select the appropriate scorecard and click the Edit button. A new window displays the selected scorecard.
Click the Add Question button to add a new question to the scorecard.
If no list item is selected, the question will be added to the uncategorized questions at the top of the list.
If a category is selected, the question will be added to the bottom of the category's question list.
If a question is selected,
the new question will be added immediately after the selected question.

If a description is added for a scorecard question, then the description will appear as a tool-tip when a user hovers over the question while filling out an evaluation. |
To add a category, complete the following steps.
Click the Add Category button to add a new question category to the scorecard.
Regardless of anything being selected in the list, the new category will be added to the bottom of the list.
To edit a question, complete the following steps.
Click on a question to begin editing.
All fields are available for editing.
Question Weight accepts values anywhere from 1-1000, as indicated by the ToolTip.

To move a question up, complete the following steps.
Click on a question to move.
Click the MoveUp button.
If there are other questions above the selected question in the current category, the selected question is moved up one spot in the category's question list.
If there are no other questions above the selected question, the question is moved up to the category above the current category. The question is placed at the bottom of the above category's question list.
Moving the first question in the top category up will move the question to the bottom of the uncategorized question list.
To move a question down, complete the following steps.
Click on a question to move.
Click the MoveDown button.
If there are other questions below the selected question in the current category, the selected question moves down one spot in the category's question list.
If there are no other questions below the selected question, the question is moved down to the category below the current category. The question is placed at the top of the below category's question list.
If the question is already at the bottom of the list, clicking the MoveDown button has no effect.
To move a category up, complete the following steps.
Click on a category to move.
Click the MoveUp button.
If there are categories above the selected category, the selected category moves above the immediately preceding category. The moved category retains all of its questions.
If there are no categories above the selected category, clicking the MoveUp button has no effect. A category cannot be moved above the uncategorized question list.
To move a category down, complete the following steps.
Click on a category to move.
Click the MoveDown button.
If there are categories below the selected category, the selected category moves below the following category. The moved category retains all of its questions.
If there are no categories above the selected category, clicking the MoveUp button has no effect.
To delete a question, complete the following steps.
Select a question to delete.
Click the Delete icon for that question. The question will be removed from the list, with no confirmation to verify the delete.
To delete a category, complete the following steps.
Select a category to delete.
Click the Delete icon for that category. The category and all of the category questions will be removed from the list with no confirmation to verify the delete.
