Scorecard Category

Adding a scorecard category

To add a scorecard category, complete the following steps.

  1. Log into the Quality Management Client with a username that has Edit Scorecards permissions.

  2. Click the Scorecards button under the Agent Evaluation section of the menu bar.

  3. Click the Add Category button.

  4. A new category appears at the top of the tree.

    The new category is added to the top of the list, regardless of whether an existing scorecard or category is selected.

Editing a scorecard category

To edit a scorecard category, complete the following steps.

  1. Log into the Quality Management Client with a username that has Edit Scorecards permissions.

  2. Click the Scorecards button under the Agent Evaluation section of the menu bar.

  3. Select an existing category.

  4. The category name is editable by the user.

Deleting a scorecard category

To delete a scorecard category, complete the following steps.

  1. Log into the Quality Management Client with a username that has Edit Scorecards permissions.

  2. Click on the Scorecards button under the Agent Evaluation section of the menu bar.

  3. Select a category that has no scorecards underneath it, indicated by the category having no expand icon.

    A category that has scorecards underneath it cannot be deleted. The Delete button is disabled when such a category is selected.

  4. Click the Delete button. The category is removed from the list with no confirmation window.
