Flagging Calls in Real-time

Users with the correct Security Profile can flag calls to make them easier to find and analyze later. Flagging can also include adding comments and notes to the call record.

To flag a call in real-time, complete the following steps.

  1. In the navigation bar, click Call Recording > Real-time Activity. The Real-time View page displays, showing the calls currently in progress.

  2. Select the call to flag.

  3. In the Actions bar, click the Flags/Notes button. The call flagging page displays.

  4. Click Add to add a new flag, or review the existing flags and choose one that you want to modify.

  5. Select a flag from the Flagged list.

  6. If the flag has pre-defined values, select one of these from the Flag Value list.

  7. As required, enter a Description and Notes for the call record.

  8. In the Actions bar, click the Save button.
