You can monitor (listen to in real-time) any calls for your managed, licensed users, using your PC's speakers or headset.
To monitor a call, complete the following steps.
In the navigation bar, click Call Recording > Real-time Activity. The Real-time View page displays.
Select a User engaged in a call.
In the Actions bar, click the Monitor button.
The Status changes from On Phone or Idle to Monitoring, and is highlighted in blue. In the Actions bar following controls become more active:
Stop Recording - click to stop recording.
Pause/Resume Recording - when recording, click to pause recording; when paused, click to resume recording.
