To view calls in real-time, complete the following steps.
In the navigation bar,
click Call Recording > Real-time
Activity. The Real-time View page
displays which summarizes the following information about each:

First Name |
The User's First Name. |
Last Name |
The User's Last Name. |
Extension |
The User's extension number. |
Agent ID |
The telephone agent ID. |
Caller ID Number |
The caller ID number, used to trigger call recording. |
Caller ID Name |
The caller ID name, used to trigger call recording. |
Outgoing Number |
The number dialed by the User. |
Status |
The User status. |
Call Duration |
The duration of the call. |
Call Recording Profile |
The recording profile to which the User is assigned. |
Call ID |
A unique identifier assigned to the call by the PBX. |
You can hide or display columns by right-clicking the list and, in the menu, selecting/deselecting the corresponding check boxes. |
If required, apply filters to reduce the list.
You can now select to record or monitor, or to flag or add notes to them.
The Real-time Activity Status column reveals what the User is currently doing:
