When the Evaluation page displays, an evaluation header shows the following:
The name of the evaluator
General Notes
Evaluation Mode (Draft or Final)
Progress percentage
Score percentage
A list of question categories as defined by the scorecard used in the evaluation
A list of video players with a playlist that represents the screen recordings included in the evaluation, if any
A list of audio graphs that represent the calls included in the evaluation, if any
For each question category or question, you can view the description of the item, as defined by the scorecard, by moving the mouse pointer over the question category or question text. |
From the edit evaluation screen you can:
Assign score values to each question in the selected scorecard
Add bookmarks to questions (optional)
Add notes to the evaluation, to questions, or to bookmarks to the evaluation (optional)
Add additional calls to the evaluation (optional)
Remove calls from the evaluation (optional)
Add additional screen recordings to the evaluation (optional)
Remove screen recordings from the evaluation (optional)
When you are finished with the evaluation or if you need to continue the evaluation later, you can save the evaluation.
