To add additional calls to the evaluation, complete the following steps.
Click the Add Media button in the Actions bar. A search popup displays.
Define the search criteria for the calls that you want to retrieve.
Click the Search button after selecting the search criteria.
Select the call(s) you want to add to the evaluation. Click the Add button.
There are two ways to remove a call from an evaluation:
Click the Close button in the audio graph of a call in the evaluation. This removes bookmarks associated with the call to be removed.
Click the Reject button in the audio graph of a call in the evaluation. This removes all bookmarks associated with the call to be removed. This also removes the call from any searches when creating a new evaluation or adding a media item to an existing evaluation.
To add additional screen recordings to the evaluation, complete the following steps.
Click the Add Media button in the Actions bar. A search popup displays.
Define the search criteria for the screen recordings that you want to retrieve.
Click the Search button after selecting the search criteria.
Select the screen recording(s) you would like to add to the evaluation and click the Add button.
There are two ways to remove a screen recording from an evaluation. Complete one of the following steps.
Click the Close button in the video player while the screen recording you would like to remove is the current playlist item.
Click the Reject button in the video player while the screen recording you would like to remove is the current playlist item. This removes the screen recording from any searches performed when creating a new evaluation or adding a media item to an existing evaluation.
