You may have either Ethereal packet capture or Wireshark software installed on the Quality Management Server.
Open your selected packet capture software program.
Then select Capture and then select the Interfaces.
Select Start.
Make the call that you want to capture for 30 seconds, and then end the call.
End the packet capture by going to Capture > Stop.
Now you have a complete packet capture of a call.
To save the packet capture, select File > Save As and put .pcap as the file type.
The .pcap file can now be transferred to the Telrex technician that is handling your issue.
To filter for a specific phone, complete the following step.
Your results of the packet capture are now filtered out to include only traffic to and from that phone.
