Deleting Recorded Calls

Users with the correct Security Profile can delete call records.

To delete call records, complete the following steps.

  1. View recorded calls and select the ones to delete.

  2. In the list Actions bar, click the Delete button. You are prompted to confirm that you want to delete the recording permanently.

  3. Click Yes to delete the call.
