The Notifications section under Administration's General tab configures how notifications or alerts, managed by the Data Service, are handled. These notifications can be any of the following.
An alert indicating that the Data Service crashed and needed to restart
An alert indicating that the Data Service has not connected with a Call Recording Service for ten minutes (or more)
Database read, write, or On Demand Call Retention Settings connection failures
Disk read/write failures
Low Disk space for Archiving functions
