This section of the Help describes:
Quality Management depends on MiTAI APIs to get call control information.
With Mitel versions 6.1 and greater the audio data is encrypted by default.
You have to disable this encryption using the Mitel System Administration tool to get proper audio.
To configure Quality Management for Mitel MiTAI:
Copy all MiTAI 3 dll files from (http://telrexsupport.com/builds/mitai3.zip) to C:\WINDOWS\system32.
Stop and start the Quality Management Services.
The MitaiApps.log file and should now be present in the \Program Files\QualityManagementSuite Folder.
In the \Program Files\QualityManagementSuite\Logs directory the current Call Control Log should have these entries:
