Content Analyzer Overview

A Content Analyzer is a set of rules defining patterns to search for in text-based media and a set of actions to execute if the rule set is satisfied. The actions associated with a Content Analyzer can set Flags or raise Alerts. Content Analyzers can be configured to run automatically for media recorded under particular Text Recording Profiles or for Call Recording Profiles if call transcription is licensed. Additionally, Content Analyzers can be run against text-based media on demand from the QMS client.

The Content Analyzer feature is only available on systems where Text Recording or Transcription has been licensed.
