Viewing Computer Activity in Real-time

Quality Management enables you to monitor user computer activity (view it in real-time) and automatically make video recordings of a user's computer desktop while they are engaged in phone calls. You can then retrieve and replay these recordings.

The instructions in this section assume the following pre-requisites have been installed and configured:

  1. One or more users have the Screen Recording Desktop Agent installed.
  2. Users are licensed to do Screen Recording
  3. The users' Windows Login has been entered in the user's profile in QMS
  4. A Screen Recording profile is setup to record the user
  5. Wherever the browser is located where one will be monitoring computer activity, one must install the QMS Screen Monitor software.
