Screen Recording Profiles

Enghouse Interactive Screen Recording enables you to view what is happening on a user's computer screen while they are involved in a call. You can either:

  • View the user's computer in real-time, during a call
  • Record the user's computer and view the recording later

If you want to record a user's computer screen, you should assign them to a Screen Recording Profile. Each time a call is recorded, their screen is recorded too. The screen recording lasts as long as the phone call, and when you replay a screen recording, the phone call audio is replayed as well.
