Editing Application Security Profiles

Users with the Change System Settings permission in their Security Profile can edit an application security profile.

Click the navigation icon and then click the API link from the administration sub-menu. The API tab displays containing application security profiles and applications. To edit an application security profile, complete the following steps:

1. Select a single application security profile on the security profiles table and click the icon or double click on the row.
2. A new tab will open with the security profile name in the tab title.
3. Edit the Administrative Permissions, Call Recording Permissions, Screen Recording Permissions, Agent Evaluation Permissions as required.
4. Click the Save button on the action bar located at the top right of the security profiles tab. The tab will refresh and the security profile name will now display as the tab title.
