Troubleshooting SRC Configuration

  1. For Quality Management to work with Mitel SRC server, the Mitel SRC server should be used as Call Server by the phone. This can be achieved in two ways:

  2. The Mitel Standard Linux (MSL), which is hosting the Secure Recording Connector application, should have an ICP configured. To check the configured IP:

  3. The Secure Recording Connector application needs to have tap licenses available. To confirm the available tap licenses:

  4. To confirm whether the SRC is working properly, a self diagnostic test can be run from the Diagnostics tab.
