Creating a Call Recording Report

To create an Call Recording Report, select the parameters for your report, complete the following steps.

  1. Click Reporting in the Call Recording section.

  2. Click the Total Count of Calls report icon to select the report type.

  3. Select Full, Only Tables, or Only Charts as the Format drop-down list.

  4. Select [New] in the Reports drop-down if not already selected.

  5. Select the appropriate option from the Date Grouping drop-down list.

  6. Select the appropriate option from the Grouping drop-down list.

  7. Select the appropriate option from the Sorting drop-down list.

  8. Type the appropriate numerical value in the Limit field.

  9. Select Inbound, Outbound, or Both from the Call Direction drop-down list.

  10. Select the appropriate option in the Call Date section.

  11. In the Users section, the appropriate options for the filters that apply.

    1. Filters are available to narrow the user list by Department, Location, and/or Status.

Creating an Agent Evaluation Report

To create an Agent Evaluation Report, complete the following steps.

  1. The type of report that you would like to create. A new tab displays for that specified report.

  2. Select the appropriate criteria for the report.
