Call Recording Reports

Call Recording Reports allow a manager to visualize and analyze your call activity in many different ways to provide business insights. The Total Count of Calls report can be filtered and grouped by certain criteria; the filtering options differ based on the report. The following table describes the different criteria options.

Criteria Name

Description

Date Grouping

Filter calls based on the year, month, week, day, day of week, hour of day, or half hour of day.

Grouping

Filter calls into groups based on area code, prefix, recording profile, extension, DNIS, Department, Location, or flag.

Sorting

Filter reports based on date, group, calls, or talk time.

Limit

Set the amount of data to be displayed.

Call Direction

Select whether results include incoming, outgoing, or both types of calls.

Call Date

Filter results based on the date the call occurred.

Users

Lists of available users to use in the report.
