Reports allow you to visualize and analyze your call activity in many different ways to provide business insights.
Reports are created in the Reporting section of the CallRex Client.
To create a report, select the parameters for your report:
Format
Date Grouping
Grouping
Sorting
Limit
Call Direction
Only Fagged
Call Date
Users - Filters are available to narrow the user list by Department, Location, or Status.
